Refund policy
At Global Learn Space, we are committed to providing accessible, high-quality learning experiences that support personal growth, skill development, and career advancement.
Because learners receive immediate access to digital course materials, resources, assessments, and learning content upon enrollment, all course purchases are generally considered final and are not eligible for monetary refunds.
When a course is purchased, learners gain access to valuable educational materials, resources, downloadable content, assessments, and learning tools. As these digital resources become available immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.
For this reason, Global Learn Space does not provide cash refunds for completed purchases.
We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are committed to helping learners continue their learning journey.
Eligible learners may request a Learning Credit Voucher equal to the value of the original course purchase.
This voucher may be applied toward:
Another course of equal value;
A higher-value course with payment of the price difference;
Future training programs offered through Global Learn Space;
Professional development opportunities available on the platform.
Approval of Learning Credit Vouchers remains at the discretion of Global Learn Space.
If a Learning Credit Voucher is issued:
Access to the original course may be suspended, removed, or restricted;
Any course progress associated with the original course may become inactive;
The learner will no longer be eligible to receive a certificate for the original course;
Certification eligibility will only apply to the newly enrolled course;
The original enrollment cannot be reactivated without full payment of the applicable course fees.
Certificates are awarded only to learners who:
Maintain an active and fully paid course enrollment;
Successfully complete all required course components;
Meet any applicable assessment requirements.
Learners who exchange a course for a Learning Credit Voucher will not be eligible for certification in the surrendered course unless full payment is subsequently made and enrollment is reinstated.
Global Learn Space may review exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis, including situations involving:
Duplicate purchases;
Technical errors resulting in multiple charges;
Administrative enrollment errors caused by the platform;
Other circumstances deemed appropriate by Global Learn Space.
Any approved remedy shall be determined solely by Global Learn Space.
By enrolling in any course, program, training, workshop, or educational service offered by Global Learn Space, learners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Course Transfer, and Learning Credit Policy.
